Showing our diverse creativity, some time ago the team here at TRPinc got together and self-produced this little gem of a clay-mation video as part of our TRPinc, 'Going Green' corporate initiative.
One of the main goals of the initiative was for 100% of the firm's technical staff to become LEED Accredited Professionals. Currently we're sitting at nearly 70% staff accreditation...with the 100% goal still in our sights!
While we recognize that the process of LEED certification doesn't fit for every project, the core sustainability measures that come with designing a LEED certified project are most often important and attainable. Additionally, there are a handful of other programs that recognize 'green' design and/or high performance building environments. Making a step in the right direction to reduce energy consumption and treading lightly on the environment are applicable to all projects. We stress this to each of our clients as a way to both educate, and be good shepherds of our environment.
